The bride wore white....
I'm in LOVE with this blog and it's mission to connect brides in Africa with beautiful wedding dresses from all over the world....what a wonderful idea. After all, we all enjoy beautiful things, and everyone's wedding dress should be special. Thank you, Vashti, for making the world smaller...and wedding days more special.

Thank you for posting this about my daughters blog...they do a fantastic job in SA and its great that people like you share about their work and so it goes further afield!
Are you sending your gown???? What a great idea for all those gowns just sitting in someone's attic, hoping to be worn by someone's daughter...who would rather NOT wear it and be put under the pressure of telling Mom no! Go for it!

I just spent the last 20 minutes reading your posts, and as always I am blessed by what, how, and all that you share. Your compassionate heart blesses my days whenever I come here, and I thank God for giving you such a caring spirit. If I would have seen you in the Starbucks with your hat I would have understood. I've been there myself in the same situation. Thanks for sharing. The Haiti earthquake continues to break my heart too.
